- Maintaining advanced skills with our Point of Sale solutions
- Performing various administrative tasks
- Overseeing store maintenance and house keeping duties
- Training and developing sales staff
- Depositing funds
- Responding to emergencies
- Selecting staff
Assistant Managers/Team Leaders
Team leaders to assist Store Managers in all store operations, including:
- modeling excellent customer service
- scheduling staff shifts
- identifying and communicating merchandise needs
- maintaining advanced skills with our Point of Sale solutions
- performing various administrative tasks
- overseeing store maintenance and house keeping duties
- training and developing sales staff
- depositing funds
- responding to emergencies
- interviewing potential new hires
Sales Associates
Sales associates who will:

- work quickly and efficiently to meet sales goals
- keep up to date on children's clothing, toys, equipment and furniture to maintain our reputation for knowledgeable staff

- perform store maintenance and housekeeping duties
Tagging and Sorting
Tagging and sorting employees who will:
- enjoy a fast paced environment
- work quickly and efficiently to meet productivity goals

- be very comfortable performing data-entry using Windows-based software
- have a positive, friendly attitude
- enjoy some physical work (bags of clothes and equipment can be heavy)
- be up to date on children's clothing and toys trends and have a natural ability to choose items of interest to our customers
Strollercise Instructors
Strollercise instructors who will:
- inspire and encourage
- share their upbeat and infectious energy
- give participants a fantastic work-out
- accommodate beginner, intermediate and advanced walker/runners
- follow the Boomerang Kids Strollercize program by Jules Hilliker
- be CPR certified
- have fitness training certification
